damaged in shipping please contact

- the charge will be shown under Executive Video Productions. On our order
form please be sure to list your billing address exactly as it appears

All Video Tapes are
in VHS-NTSC (North American) format, this is the format used in USA and
Canada. European customers please verify that you can play VHS-NTSC Format
tapes on your VCR, as it is not the same as using the PAL Format which
is used widely in Europe. We are sorry we donot offer PAL format videos.
We do have a Price
and Quality guarantee. We guarantee that our prices for DVDs and Sex Toys
are amongst the lowest for new products by mailorder companies. If you
find a lower price on any new original adult dvd or sex toy than what
is listed on our website, we will give you a free dvd ($24.95 or less)**
with your next order. (Used, damaged DVDs or close-outs are excluded from
this deal). ** Please note that the free DVD is chosen by us.
We guarantee that
our VHS (NTSC format) prices are amongst the lowest for new videos on
the net and that our videos are free from defects. The only time we will
not beat our competitors is when they are selling used movies or videos
on extended play ( 4 Hours ). If you find a lower price (excluding: used
damaged tapes or closeouts) on any original new adult video tape than
on our web site, we will then give you a free video* (value of $27.95
or less) with your next order. *Please note that the free video is chosen
by us.
Items
may only be exchanged if found defective, otherwise all sales are final.
DVD Policy
If you encounter a defective DVD we will replace it with the same title.
You will be required to e-mail your query at return@adultdvdfree.com for
an exchange and receive an authorization code before sending back any
item. Please note that DVDs will only be exchanged for the same title
if they are found to be defective.
Video Policy
If you encounter a defective video, we will replace it with the same title.
You will be required to e-mail your query at return@adultdvdfree.com for
an exchange and receive an authorization code before sending back any
item. The defective video, will have to be returned to us on request.
*Special requests and 4 hour tapes are not included in our quality guarantee.
BUYER BEWARE:
4 Hour Videos are Recorded on EXTENDED PLAY For videos which are recorded
on Extended Play, the picture quality is much poorer than videos recorded
on Standard Play (SP mode). We offer these videos for sale only because
many customers have demanded so. Please note that what you will see is
an unacceptable picture quality by our standards. For International customers,
please note that most multiformat VCR's (Pal/NTSC and others) will not
play videos that are recorded on Extended Play. We want you to know this
before you buy! Your satisfaction is very important to us. Remember, we
guarantee complete satisfaction as to the quality of our tapes; however,
we do not offer such guarantees on 4 hour tapes. For further inquiries,

Sex Toy Policy
Sex toys may not be returned due to hygenic reasons. If the product is
found to be defective upon purchase we will gladly grant an exchange for
the same item within 5 days of receipt. You will be required to e-mail

code before sending back any item.
